I don't see what the bug is all about, nor do I see that it should
be a bug. I don't think these packages should be added as dependencies,
as they are expected to be installed.
The note simply serves as a support-protection device and a courtesy
to users who may not have installed the package.
I'm for doing absolutely nothing other than closing the bug.
