Building against Gtk+-2.8.16, however I don't see an issue
as Thunderbird has already been built on this platform and
works just fine as best as I can tell.
No offense to Chris, but I didn't see there was a patch
attached to this ticket and I just renamed and reused the
1.5 patch. I'll just symlink 1.5.0.1 to the 1.5 in the repo
as the 1.5 applied with just a few offsets and no fuzz and
I don't want to redo the build just to test an uneeded patch.
