Updated BLFS to Shadow-4.0.15
If there are issues (such as the issue above about the Cracklib
stuff in the login.defs file), let's open a new ticket. This
ticket was for a Shadow update, if there's a problem with the
BLFS Shadow instructions, it is not related to this update.
