As best as I can tell, there are only the following packages left
that have the libexecdir=/usr/sbin setting:
{{{basicnet/netprogs/inetutils.xml
general/genlib/gamin.xml
postlfs/security/heimdal.xml
postlfs/editors/emacs.xml
server/other/openldap.xml
server/databases/mysql.xml
server/major/openssh.xml}}}
There are tickets open for OpenSSH and Emacs on this issue
and the rest are okay. Closing this bug as fixed.
