I forgot to mention it in the previous message, but this round of
tests is mostly to see what happens if you don't do any modification
at all to the tcl/tkConfig.sh scripts. So there is actually two
things to be tested.
1. Not doing the sed to modify the tcl/tkConfig.sh scripts.
2. Using the different header installation method using only
the 'make install-private-headers' Makefile target.
