Let me help you "configure" it out. :) You have to login or create a login if you haven't done that. You should probably create a login with your belgarath id. Then you should see a "New Ticket" link in the toolbar. Someone with admin rights should also give you permissions to create and delete pages in trac. This might also be necessary for you to edit tickets, although anyone with a login can create tickets. It's good to have you back, David.
