#2075: Impossible examples for timezones

 The LFS book uses the "EST5EDT" and "Canada/Eastern" examples for
 "tzselect" output. However, it is impossible to achieve such output from
 "tzselect".

 Well, actually possible by choosing option 11, "I want to specify the time
 zone using the Posix TZ format", in which case the instructions about
 /etc/localtime simply don't apply (try setting the timezone to "FOO5BAR"
 to see how the "cp" command fails).
