This did not validate. I commented out <xi:include
xmlns:xi="http://www.w3.org/2003/XInclude"; href="luit.xml"/ from
general/genutils/genutils.xml
Please check what is needed and replace it. Thanks.
Sorry about that. I was just about to submit the fix and it collided
with your fix. I had moved luit, validated, etc. Then I remember just
before I was about to commit that we're not using the external luit. I
reverted the change in x/installing/installing.xml, but forgot to do
the same in general/genutils/genutils.xml.
