The rules in LFS-6.2 don't create the /dev/dvd symlink automatically. I'd
prefer if we added a pointer back to the page below so that people can
figure out how to create their symlinks:

This can be removed again after BLFS-6.2 as the current udev (-100) has
included cdrom symlink creation.
What do you guys think? I'll add info about putting users in the cdrom
group regardless.
