 Quite a while back, DJ had a zip file that would only unzip correctly if
 unzip was not built to use the shared library. Thus, the shared library
 build commands were removed. However, there's still cruft in the book
 about it.

  * The check command says to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH, which is clearly
 unnecessary in the absence of a shared library.

  * The files section still lists libunzip.so
