Version increment to 7.0.3
The current stable version (7.0.3) requires Linux kernel 2.6.17 for
full functionality. Because of this, it may be best to simply leave
the current version in the book for the 6.2.0 release as LFS-6.2
uses kernel version 2.16.x.
