Comment:
Attached a patch which adds --sysconfdir=/etc to libxfce4util. To
accommodate, I merged the sections of configuring commands together and
add a Command Explanation noting which packages it's needed for. Did
likewise with the second set of packages and --libexecdir=/usr/lib/xfce4
for consistency. OK to commit (I'm not sure about the formatting, etc.)?
