Fixed the bad URLs except for 5 which are still outstanding.
1) Pilot-Link (works if you click on the link using a browser,
but not using wget)
2) ImageMagick (known issue identified in the book)
3) ISO Codes (known issue waiting for a resolution)
4) and 5) KOffice (will be fixed when Bruce commits the KOffice update)
