Comment:
Added Gutenprint-5.0.1 to the book, and commented out the Gimp-Print
instructions. Also modified the Gimp instructions by adding the
--disable-print switch to the configure script. Additionally in the
Gimp instructions, added a note in the description for --disable-print
that you should install Gutenprint (after the Gimp installation) if
you need printing capability.
