Because the GMP package was released in September 2007 and
it is required to build the GCC-4.1.2 Fortran compiler (GCC
was released in Februrary 2007) there is a chance that Fortran
may not compile properly.
Could you please do a quick build of Fortran using the
GCC-4.1.2 version to ensure it works properly before updating
the book?
