As we go forward, could we just fix whatever small oversights or typos as we find them in recently updated packages and not update the changelog? If there are mistakes in the build instructions (where someone may have already incorporated the mistake into their build scripts), then a ChangeLog entry is prudent, but simply fixing a typo (which in this case rendered the download location unusable and would be immediately discovered by a user) should not be.
