Version 2.4.0 is the only one availible for DL:
ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/gimp/help/gimp-help-2.4.0.tar.bz2
I never built gimp before, but it looks like the help files don't depend
on the main gimp package at all. I'll try to build the 2.4.0 version and
update the book. Comments are, as always, welcome.
