These little notes are scattered about in the book. libdrm, fontconfig,
and Mesa come to mind immediately. I'm fixing them as I see them.
Anybody see a problem with commenting them, or is XFree86 gone forever and
they should just be removed? If anybody happens to see a stray XFree86
note, please fix it or drop in a comment on the bug.
