I'm accepting this ticket but will not promise that it will make
the 6.4 book. If it doesn't, we can add something to wiki.
I'm backgrounding this as an FTP client is installed in LFS, so
there is at least one client already.
If anyone else wants to jump in and add the package, feel free
to take the ticket and run with it.
