Version increment to 1.6

Not sure what to do here as 1.5 is in LFS-6.4, but I don't
think that matters, if you install the client pieces in
LFS using 1.5, they'll simply be overwritten with the 1.6
programs.
I'll install and check it out. Marking for 6.4 now, but
could change to future.
