There are several packages where the second (ftp) link is empty. Anduin is typically only used if the maintainer's site doesn't have the version of the package the book calls for. It is the last recourse backup if all else fails. So, try to use the maintainer's site URL if you can. That's all I'm trying to say. If the second (FTP) link is empty that is fine and good as long as the HTTP link works and is reliable. But for Ant, the only download URL is Anduin, and this is what we want to avoid if we can. -- Ticket URL: <http://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/ticket/2572#comment:9> BLFS Trac <http://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs> Beyond Linux From Scratch -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-book FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
