Some notes:
1. I think we should just add the zlib-dynamic to the .config
line. There's really no reason not to.
2. I can't see the need for adding the instructions to create
and populate /etc/ssl for the test. It runs just fine without
it best as I can tell.
3. The note about TLS can be removed as it is default now.
4. The MANDIR env var doesn't need to be included on the make line.
