#2847: Repo Issues

I found out two issues with the repos:
1. The gentoo mirror we are using (ftp.linux.es, I think) has some issues,
like: two destdir dirs, and some packages not downloading at all. I would
use ftp.osuosl.org/pub/gentoo/destdir, because it does not have those
issues.
2. (pr)downloads.sourceforge.net picks a SF mirror at random, usaly, the
not-superb "Superb" Hosting mirror. I would use
internap.dl.sourceforge.net, because, it's just faster than "Superb"
hosting, and it's more superb too.
I have fixed those with the attached patch.
