We use the current stable release unless some required functionality
in the stable is broken and fixed in a more recent (development)
version. It also requires discussion in -dev.
In this case, since this package is marked future and we are waiting
for 0.12 to be released, I suggest just waiting until it is released
and the add it to the book.
