Thanks Guy. I know it appears as though I'm being a pest, once you get
all these little nuances down, you will be flying. I realize some of
the things I mention are petty and don't really matter, but I figure
as long as I'm replying to a post, I'll go ahead and say what's on
my mind.

Don't let my pettiness make you stop the fine work you're doing. Heck,
at this rate, you'll have the book done all by yourself in a month. :-)

Keep up the good work, and thanks for all the effort.
