I've removed the convert-mans commands from the MC page, however, these
are not man pages, and still need to be converted to UTF-8 if the Debian
patch is used. As of r7936, I've inserted the equivalent iconv commands,
but they need to be tested by somebody who actually uses MC in one of the
affected locales.
