In addition to nspr-config, NSPR installs "compile-et.pl" and
"prerr.properties" into /usr/bin. It looks like "prerr.properties" is just
a list of variables with error names, but I don't know what exactly
compile-et.pl is supposed to do. It seems that compile-et.pl is used
during the build, and somehow generates prerr.properties, but beyond that,
all I can really tell from searching is that it seems common to remove
both of those files after installation...
