This is possibly more important now as 1.6 (in the current BLFS
svn-20090928) doesn't want to build at all against LFS 6.5

Which seems odd to me, as I can see EAI_NODATA defined in netdb.h, but
this has been missing in FreeBSD for some time, so a fix for this was
implemented in 1.6.1.
1.7 builds fine (usual vast numbers of warnings notwithstanding) following
the BLFS instructions.
