I don't see what the problem is ? mozilla/plugins gets created by librsvg
only if it doesn't already exist.
Sure, if you don't already have this, it will be empty and you can rm it.
If you did already have it, as far as I can see the symlinked directory
contains exactly the same files as it did before this package was built.
