Some changes are needed to the page:
* We don't need the patch anymore.
* It seems that it includes --with-ssl by default. Adding --with-openssl
to the configure line, like the book says, just throws a message that you
should use --with-ssl instead. And, this makes OpenSSL required now. So,
ether:
* move up OpenSSL to a recommened dep, or:
* get rid of the --with-ssl command on the configure command.
* In both cases above, the --with-openssl thing needs to be removed for
my above reason.
Oh, and since I checked, it's now MySQL 5.1.40.
