I cannot work on them any longer due to licensing restrictions with Sun
regarding OpenJDK. It might be nice to transfer the old source build
instructions to the wiki from an old revision and link there, noting that
the patches might need a little massaging. Would be nicer to put the
source build back into the book, but trust me, I do understand how much of
a pain that is, and I simply cannot do it now, or it would have been done
(or in queue).
