New version 5.2.1. What's notable here is that there is now a configure
app, but it's not the usual kind. It replaces all of the flags that we put
on the make and make install commands.
The configure command I used is:

./configure --libexecdir=/lib/dhcpcd --dbdir=/var/lib/dhcpcd
--sysconfdir=/etc/dhcpcd
}}}
Then make and make install, without anything on them. The rest of the
instructions are the same.
