#3069: LibFAME fails to build under 64-bit systems without patch

When trying to compile LibFAME on a LFS-6.6-rc1 based Pure64 bit system, I
get a error in the configure step that says it dosen't recongize the
x86_64-unknown bit of the arch.
Well, CBLFS uses a patch that updates both config.guess and config.sub so
that LibFAME compiles under 64-bit systems. I've posted a link to it:

Since I think that we should target the now released 6.6, I'm considering
this patch for the current book.
