New version.
There is a problem when building on a new system without Qt4 already
installed and LDFLAGS is set. Normally this shouldn't be a problem, but if
it does come up, the solution is to add -lQtCLucene to the LIBS variable
in the Makefile in the directories
* ./tools/assistant/tools/qcollectiongenerator/Makefile
* ./tools/assistant/tools/qhelpgenerator/Makefile
* ./tools/assistant/tools/qhelpconverter/Makefile
* ./tools/assistant/tools/assistant/Makefile
