#3192: LessTif needs minor tweaks

1. The instructions to run the testsuite are invalid
unless Xorg is completed. However, LessTif is listed
as an optional dependency for MesaLib, so chances are
Xorg won't be completed when you install LessTif, so
the testsuite cannot be run.
2. There is an instruction to create a symlink to
$XORG_PREFIX/lib/X11, but that directory already
exists from the XorgLib installation, which installed
a file (Xcms.txt) into the directory. There should
probably be commands in the XorgLib instructions to
move the file into /etc/X11 and then create a symlink
for $XORG_PREFIX/lib/X11, making it unnecessary to do
it in the LessTif instructions.
3. LessTiff creates a /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/Mwm
file that should actually be installed in
/etc/X11/app-defaults.
