With openssl-1.0.0a, none of the 1.3-series will build because the header
openssl/md2.h is missing from the system. This one does, although only
after I passed --disable-otp.
There was one test failure, somewhere in kdc, but I couldn't identify
*which* test failed. Builds with LFS-6.7 and openssl-1.0.0a, no idea if
it works.
