libxcb is listed as a requirement to Xorg Libraries, yet the build
instructions still contain the --without-xcb option, while the command
explanations instruct the user to omit the --without-xcb if libxcb is
installed.
Since libxcb is listed as a requirement, it seems the build instructions
should be consistent with that requirement, and the explanations suggest
adding --without-xcb if for some reason it was not available as a
prerequisite.
