Should be
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/lcms/lcms/1.19/lcms-1.19.tar.gz
instead of http://www.littlecms.com/lcms-1.19.tar.gz; they moved their
downloads to SourceForge. (Old URL returns HTTP 404)
