According to [http://bugs.python.org/issue9420], the sed command used in
the BLFS book is wrong.
In addition, LFS has upgraded to GDBM 1.9.1 which causes some test
failures in Python due to this bug [http://bugs.python.org/issue13007].
Also you may want to add a note that some of the tests will fail if run by
root.
