What a curious package. The code hasn't bee updated since 2006 and the
gid info dates back to 1987. A proper fix to the code would be to
actually ask the system what gid was associated with tty, but that
capability was probably added well after this code was written.
Used the suggested --with-pty-group=4.
Fixed at revision 9903.
