Available in patches repository as transcode-1.1.7-ffmpeg-1.patch
I can confirm that transcode builds by just patching it and running
./configure ; make without any parameters. I am unsure if and how it
works. I had to rediff the original patch from Archlinux since I got one
hunk failed with it.
If anyone finds the time before I finish upgrading software on my system,
then you're welcome to do it.
