1. It is written in

that "Latest sysstat version is 10.1.1 (2012-07-29)":

It builds and runs in LFS7.1.
2. In blfs sysstat page, the link for the ftp
[ftp://ibiblio.org/pub/linux/system/status/sysstat-10.0.2.tar.bz2]
seems to be useless. First, it is broken, second, latest there is
sysstat-9.1.7.
