There was a release of Harfbuzz which broke Pango, so you had to upgrade
it both. I wasn't able to check if that's the case for current releases of
HB and Pango.
As for Pango 1.32.6, it needs unreleased version of Fontconfig (well,
unstable one) and that's why it stays there.
