Punting until lcms2-2.5 is released (there is now a first release
candidate, so a release is in prospect).
This version of ghostscript won't build against lcms-2.4, although there
are patches around for lcms2.
Turns out I've been building against the shipped version of lcms2.
Notes for whoever picks this up:
1. the included tiff is now in the libtiff/ directory
2. Adding LIBS=-lz seems unnecessary to me (unless it was for system
lcms2?)
3. jasper is no longer included, nor required
4. gtk+-3 will be used in preference to gtk+-2, if it is present.
5. lcms2 is used in preference to lcms1 - no need to delete shipped lcms/
but user would need to specify lcms1 if they wished to build against it. I
guess we can drop lcms1 from the deps.
