Dear libpng follower,

glennrp just announced version 1.6.3 of libpng on Freecode.

The release notes for this version are as follows:

This release provides a minor update to the ARM support. There are new "pngfix"
and "png-fix-itxt" programs in the contrib/tools directory. "pngfix" optimizes
the CMF bytes of the zlib datastream in the IDAT chunks, and "png-fix-itxt"
fixes PNG files that were created with libpng-1.6.0 or 1.6.1 that have an
incorrect length field in the iTXt chunks.

Project description:

libpng (PNG library) is a collection of routines used
to create and manipulate PNG format graphics files.
The PNG format was designed as a replacement for
GIF and, to a lesser extent, TIFF, with many
improvements and extensions.
