Comment (by izivkov):
Works with FFmpeg 2.0.1 (patches included for currently non working ones
which replace current ones from the book, if any)
BOOK/general/sysutils/strigi.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
Not FFmpeg related, but requires a sed which fixes a bug when building
with GCC 4.8
sed -i "s:class BufferedStream:class STREAMS_EXPORT BufferedStream:"
libstreams/include/strigi/bufferedstream.h
BOOK/general/graphlib/gegl.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
BOOK/multimedia/cdwriteutils/k3b.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
BOOK/multimedia/libdriv/libquicktime.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
BOOK/multimedia/libdriv/alsa-plugins.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
BOOK/multimedia/libdriv/xine-lib.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
BOOK/multimedia/libdriv/opal.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
BOOK/multimedia/audioutils/amarok.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
BOOK/multimedia/videoutils/vlc.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
BOOK/multimedia/videoutils/transcode.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>
BOOK/kde/core/nepomuk-core.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>
Didn't check this one:
BOOK/multimedia/audioutils/audacious.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
Didn't check, but it includes its own version of FFmpeg which is the
recommended one by the devs:
BOOK/multimedia/videoutils/mplayer.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
Not sure about this, maybe some switch is needed. I've built it after
FFmpeg, but nothing that this package installs links to any of FFmpeg
libraries:
BOOK/general/genutils/imagemagick.xml: <xref linkend="ffmpeg"/>,
Patches are from Gentoo. Not sure about their upstream status. I do know
that gegl and libquicktime are included in Gentoo directly from upstream
vcs.
