#4383: libXft fails to build with current Freetype2

The latest version of Freetype2 (2.5.1) changed the location of its
headers to ${prefix}/include/freetype2. One effect of this is that libXft
won't compile, as it is not able to find the Freetype headers. I found a
patch for this here - http://trac.macports.org/ticket/41578 - then turned
it into a standard {B,}LFS style patch.
