A couple packages in the book - CVS and Cyrus-SASL - contain an external
link to http://www.pdc.kth.se/kth-krb/ for krb4, but this page no longer
exists at that site. The FTP site is still up though, at
ftp://ftp.pdc.kth.se/pub/krb/src/.
