The attached patch is for updating to current 5.14 version. Update is
rather big and I'd like someone to test if the daemon works (ie, starts
correctly and such) correctly with the init script modifications since I
have no means to test it. Update prior to PulseAudio 5.0, so it can take
the advantage of the update.
