Have to wait, until
[http://downloads.sourceforge.net/libpng-apng/libpng-1.6.9-apng.patch.gz]
is available.
Last time, used initially the equivalent for 1.6.8 of
[http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/apng/libpng/libpng16/libpng-1.6.9-apng.patch.gz]
and next day, discovered they were different.
Should be available later today or tomorrow.
